This sounds exactly like a scene in Arrested Development; unfortunately I can't remember full detail, but in Mexico while they're searching for George, Michael's having a heart to heart with GOB and Ice tackles him. GOB then says he saw Ice coming but wanted to see where Michael was going with it. Could it be that?
I don't think it was PS, I don't remember such a scene at all.
Then again when I watch it I'm usually extremely high, which makes it better, but also means that I've forgotten most of it, which is actually great, because then it never gets boring.

I thought I was only one doing that. I love PS so much more when I'm high. I also appreciate how genius the writing is much more when I'm high.
