If they didn't have the zoomies before it fell, they DEFINITELY had the zoomies after!
Very evil spirit knows as felis catus. Has been known to regularly knock things down, run around homes disturbing the residents, and can even bite or scratch without being provoked. Terrifying entity.
We can't say for sure that a ghost is present in your residence, but I would assume one is. That way, you can properly prepare for any potential spiritual attacks.

on the off chance you're being serious, i circled it. it looks like a lighter colored one so that may be why you can't seem to see it on the grayscale video

Upon closer review, you can see a spirit orb fly into the picture right before it falls over. That's a pretty amazing capture.
