Hey, nice pizza. Be very careful of your oven. I’ve replaced 2 circular elements in a similar oven. They hate oil or moisture…$350 each time. Just giving you a heads up. Used to braise short ribs or stew in my oven until I found out it’s basically a cake baking oven
As the one who is making pizza in ikea anrätta oven on a stone I’m pretty much interested in how was the bottom and how long was your pizza in. Never seen mine showing more than 292c after 1 hr running (after pre-heating) + abt 15 min grill 3. My stone is in the top-most position. Tried it the way you do and didn’t like the result.

This was the bottom of the pizza. I think I baked it for around 2/2,5 minutes and I did not use the grill function.
The bottom was mabey a little bit to hard, I do like them really soft.
But I was still suprised about the result.

looks good, what temp/settings did you run the oven at? broil/convection bake?
I did put the oven on 300 degrees celcius. With the bottom heat and the fan on. The key is to preheat it for a minimum of 45 min.
Ikea oven? Does ikea make a pizza oven or is this like a larger unit they make for houses and apartments?
This is the KULINARISK oven, just a normal oven for houses.
