but how do i get it i have finished the distortion dungen 50 times already am i missing something?
It has a chance of dropping every time you beat Giratina. Its not that rare.
It has a small chance to drop when you beat Giratina (Altered) in his dungeon (approximately 12% each time). Besides, having dowsing machines activated raise your chances to drop items when beating a pokemon !
I got it in about 10 clears with a dowsing machine activated, sounds like you might be having some real bad luck over there..
