I’m pretty sure you can’t. You aren’t supposed to be able to get MissingNo, so there isn’t an implemented way to get it multiple times. Maybe there’s a way with glitches, but I would guess it’s staying at 0
You don't. Missingno. Is only obtained by the game breaking or you cheating.
Exactly the same way as how you most probably obtained missingno in the first place.
