The only real advice is to just not do it unless you plan on not playing for a few hours. Otherwise, there’s no way around it, and it’ll just keep getting longer and longer
Are you only focusing on increasing the damage by breeding ~100 Pokemon, or literally everyone?
Once your kill time starts getting slow, pause your run, put all of your mass bred Pokemon into the hatchery, and you'll die next wave from a crippling lack of damage.
The fastest way to farm BP is to quit as soon as possible.
The most efficient point is when you start to stop killing Pkms in 2 hits.
Except, for myself, I can't quit at that point even by putting all my strongest Pkms in the hatchery so it last a bit longer.
I do session of about 40-45 mn of BP, using enough X attack for the run and when it expires I dump all my strongest Pkms in the hatchery to end the run. I get to stage 900 something and get around 8100 BP. (According to your time I think you have way more attack than me so you should get more in the same time or be able to quit sooner)
Try it and see how it goes. (I'm not saying it will be quick) The numbers might not be the same to you.
Secondly (You might already know) you attack every half second instead of every second on already cleared Battle frontier levels. So for farming there is no reason to beat your record every time.

Yea, especially if you do 50 EV’s for all of them, you’ll need a good amount of coins. But that’s just how it is

That’s why I just breed by lowest attack at 100.

I would have no problem with it if the coins you get were worth it. 5 million coins for this is ridiculous.
