These aren't the DNA Splicers from Infinite Fusion. These are the ones from B2W2. They let you use the Black DNA and White DNA on Kyurem to get Black and White Kyurem.
I think it's also required for Dusk Mane and Dawn Wings Necrozma, but I'm not sure.

There are, but you can't use them without the DNA Splicers. Like the Key Stone for mega evolutions.
