Sure but it is so lame, they should take part of the 4 stars probability  Not only is ridiculous that a 4 star is harder to get a 5 star (even if it limited) but also makes anyone who gets them annoyed as it can easily means that rather than get any of the other exclusive you got the one that has not much use

They have the same rate as other 4 stars on Mix Scout and on their debut banners, why are they so rare here?

i mean you can, considering the pull algorithm is garbage and definitely barely semi rng. last time with the 100 pulls i got like 7 zebrastrika almost back to back, that should be as impossible as pulling any one of those units yet its a common occurrence to get the same thing over and over.

I mean statistically rare things still happen? Unless everyone is saying they're getting bizarre pulls like that then I doubt there's anything wrong with the RNG. You just got lucky in the wrong way.

At least you got 5 star tickets. I got 3s and 4s, and have had to take my last 7 master fairs to pity. I'm at 100+/5 grimsley. Luck happens. Luck does not favor the majority.

9 out of 10 lounge interactions end at 80% or above, this game doesn't even know what % means

iirc lodge has a different formula that I forgot about, but the gacha part is randomized.
