Heal pots no, if I recall correctly, but I watched it a while ago. Train as much as necessary. Top 4 was also the hardest with many Terra type switches, and prof AI fight was also a long one to figure out.
Terra type switches?? Wdym did he leave the elite four and change terra typing then come back to face them ?? BC for me I tried to take them all out in one go BC imo that would be cheating or am I misunderstanding
Like I said, it was a while ago for me, so I don't recall all the details 100%. But the whole purpose of the run was, what would he need to do to finish the story with LeChonk only. (he even got a LeShinyChonk like 2h in the run). While not using any kind of exploits and avoiding as many items, leveling, etc. as possible. Not a set of rules, and see how far you can get with it.
Delibird store in Levincia has them iirc. Not sure if you can, but I don't see why not. You can hyper train and get bottle caps through raids before the professor, so I would assume you can
Here’s my lechonke max damage build. I run this on my shiny lechonke in BSS Reg F singles. He can eat a moonblast from fluttermane OHKO with an iron head. Yes I’m a maniac, I know.

Ability: Thick Fat
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Body Slam/Double Edge
- Play Rough
- Iron Head
- Seed Bomb
Well for one theyre double battles, on top of that a lot of the indigo disk teams have a lot of synergy. Ofc if you have a fully maxed out Lv 100 Urshifu that might be different story
Theoretically (and seriously) asking: if I want to try and solo the game with a legendary, is there a legal way to do it without transferring a lvl 100 one from home and 1-shot everything? Like I know you can take the gift poipole or cosmog from SW/SH or the gift mew or jirachi from BDSP (or even the lvl 30 shaymin from the event), but other than those, can you use others legally somehow?
Yes, because:
1. It's a legendary, usually legendaries are very powerful
2. It has some pretty good moves, when it comes to water type Urshifu
3. It's a Chad, it can solo anything by standard
Can you beat an already easy game with a legendary that HITS THROUGH PROTECT, BREAKS THROUGH STURDY/SASH, and has BROKEN STATS? Idk, maybe. (I know Ryme would technically beat it, but just bring like a level 1 Lechonk with you that only knows tackle or something because immunity, or you could just nock it out turn one with the Urshifu if you really feel like it.)
Technically you cant solo any pokemon game as you always need more than one mon. In the old games for HM in the others because of enforced double battles.
I find this arguing about using fodder mons in such situations just stupid.
Its like saying if you turn off the game after a pokemon gets knocked out you still can use it in a nuzlocke.
The games are just programmed to be that way.
Just use the mons you like and play.
People are just too enamored with the term soloing to let go of it.

Just don't do it with lechonk. I tried and it wasn't possible

I mean to be fair hyper training takes like 30 minutes of effort
You need to do terra raids to get the bottle caps which I didn't do
You can also buy them for 20k each, which is not too bad

Lechonk is way too good, it has a base stat total of 254! If you want a real challenge, do it with a Sunkern :))) (it's definitely possible)
And Keegan J did only a springattio and moxie2d with only pawmi
You'd be basically taking the hydrogen bomb vs the coughing baby that is the game. So yes, very much can solo the game.

I solo’s Blueberry with mine. Granted, I made him a steel terra and T-blasted lacy to oblivion. I just let another random one stay there and die.

No. You have to catch a second pokemon for the ghost gym. By definition that’s not a solo match… and let’s not get started on the blueberry academy.
It’s easy to get around things like that , just add a lvl 1 Pokémon to your party and let it die on the first turn

If it can consistently be the best Pokémon tournament wise I don’t see how it’ll struggle soloing a the story
If you’re referring to the 2nd DLC specifically then you can’t because of drayton’s challenge
