I have never reached 200k in non-bot rank. But solar bean or decidueye have given me over 150k a couple of times.
Of course, you need tanks and healers in the enemy team for this. Also, the game needs to last all 10 min and you need a fight at the enemy goal zone.

I once got around 310k in bot match maybe there are higher figures but I usually don't look at them as bot matches are irrelevant. Apart from that I got 160k in master ranks with dragapult last season
A bot match on Goodra. I got an early af sligoo evo and got dragon pulse, and literally spent the whole game doing nothing but going on a bot slaughtering rampage. Ended the match with I think 235k damage by the end after literally spawn camping them all for 3 minutes straight.
If we only take in ranked matches/against real players it would have been around 150k-160k dmg with Glaceon or Mewtu Y.
In Bot matches I recently got 2x over 400k in solo challenge using Garchomp and Cinderace
In a non bot game, it was 143k with future sight Gardevoir. Really fun game, lots of fighting and high numbers from everyone. Highest on the enemy team was 122k.

I feel like if you play Glaceon in the current meta and don’t get over 100,000 damage, there’s a problem

230k in the Mewtwo Y meta. I know it was abusing.....but I have no regrets💀

210k as buffed metagross before the nerf. 1 shotting all farm via aoe, and near 1 hitting squishies was nutts.

I was in a ranked match with espeon, No bot but brand new teamates, and not really the best foes, ended with roughly 239k I think
