The licenses you can choose from are 5 Dragons: Dragonite, Duraludon, Dragapult, Goodra and Garchomp. The holowear is for one of those licenses.
Dragapult is the most expensive from the free license box at 14k coins, selecting that one would be the best deal. Unless you never play Dragapult ofcourse.
Just giving you this info so you dont waste your coins on one of these while you already had the rest and end up not being able to pick any license from the box.
The reward option would be 1000 coins or 4000 tickets, when you already have all 5 of those.

I would try to have a balanced set of options for ranked assuming you are going to be playing draft mode at some point.

You should grab Wiggly. Such a fun mon to play and can drive opponents crazy. Every team loves having a wiggly on it.
