He got 3 heals and without Eldi he wouldve died. and also they were 5 v 3-ing so checks out. Still, Blastoise needs nerf. Maybe aSurf has shorter range and blastoise needs to wait a lil longer when he jumps off the surf so it gives some time for enemies to evade the hydro pump.

I do think the Unite move needs to be nerfed but other than that, it does what a defender is supposed to do.
Tbh, i dont even think his Unite needs a nerf i feel like his ult is just in the pool of Ults that arent garbage.
Imo its preferable that they be more impactful then not. And theres a fair amount of mons who have overly mediocre Ults.
The only Ults that comes to mind as excessive rn is Gyarados. And pre nerf Urshifu before him.
I feel like theres an "idea" that they balance ults the same way they do scaling.
Meaning they have Early, Mid, and Late mons.
And respectively the ults are intended to match. With the exception being for gimmick mons like Blaziken and Dragapult
So Gyarados as like, the epitome or Non Existant early game. Has this absurd Ult. Or Delphox who is so much less practical to use then every other Caster. Has a her crazy ass fight winning fireworks every 85s.
Even Meowscarada imo i feel has always had, but especially now a really excessive Unite. Does so much damage you cant even go into her ult to kill her when shes low

I kind of agree ... When you meet one you KNOW you won't move for the next 10 seconds. When I see Blastoise, Zoroark, or Lefeon on the opposite team , I feel really uneasy ngl.
Cause it didn't. You just stated and showed what you thought was a Blastoise OP moment when really it was just you playing your role and Goss playing its.
It's a good moment loved it. But the title is misleading for what actually went down.

I would say, balance the rest of unite before balancing the turtle. He’s fine for the OverPowered characters that already exist.
I like to midlane to get surf and hydro pump then go drag opponents to behind our goals for the speed debuff and beat the piss out of them as a family
They could atleast make the cooldown on unite move and its movesets higher
