He should evolve at level 15 to be true to the games lol.
But seriously level 64 is a crazy high level to evolve at, I wonder if they'd try to adapt that in any way when bringing him to Unite?
Hydreigon is by no means unpopular, but it's not exactly one of the most popular pokemon out there. besides, we just got Falinks who was a bit more niche.
Eh. Personally, I'm not really particularly interested in more pseudos, Eevees, starters. Generally I find those types of additions pretty boring compared to more strange choices.
As for Hydreigon specifically, though....
On one hand I do really like Hydreigon's design. Its definitely one of my favorite psuedo legendaries, and it has a pretty unique design in terms of Unite characters. Not a lot of floating (not flying) multi-headed dragons in the game. And gen5 is criminally under-repped in Unite considering its one of the largest generations and yet somehow has the lowest number of reps besides Gen9.
On the other hand, aside from being another pseudo-legend its also most likely going to be another Attacker. Which granted we haven't had a *ton* of lately, but only because of the deluge of All-Rounders we've been getting. Attackers are still the second most common type of pokemon they've added over the past year. And as illustrated by the fact that we're literally having an event for them right now, we aren't exactly hurting for Dragon types in Unite either.
Overall, eh. Not something I would absolutely hate to see come to Unite, but there's plenty of stuff I'd rather see as well. Kind of middle-of-the-road to me. But I do like the pokemon enough that I'd probably buy it at some point.
Makes sense, the only other pseudos left are Salamence (All-Rounder), Kommo-o (All-Rounder or Defender), Baxcalibur (All-Rounder). We already got like 4 All-Rounders in a row.
Am i the only one who wants weird non mainstream pokemons? Like give me more greedents, falinks or trevenant.
I dont know if any of those are broken Vgc mons but all of those arent well known by the standard msg player.
I want Muk, Galventula, Tangrowth, Drapion and stuff like this. Not really underdogs but pls anything else than all pseudos. Heck, i would even love emolga and dedenne.
