While it’s not the best value for points. I know a business owner who uses their points for appliances, phones, tech, etc rather than travel because he has no intention of flying anywhere. Still sits on about 300k buffer in case they want to do their round the world trip, but anything above that he’ll get “free” stuff out of… which I can respect tbh
