That's not how clearance works at Target. You literally get a list of things you need to markdown from corporate. The number on the label is Kim's number. It wasn't a mistake.

I’ve only seen mostly Shadow High wave 2 in stores…even then the only one I haven’t found has been Zooey…haven’t seen really any of wave 5 RH dolls. Maybe this is why?
