That's a different case considering that was the fault of Ralph The Movie Maker telling people to give that movie a 10 on IMDB at the end of his review. It then led to him getting banned from IMDB as a result.
Did you try typing the critical review backwards while facing away from your device? My grandma told me a story when I was young where if you try that, it can fix the problem.
But I’m all seriousness, I was looking at the reviews for Diamond Cobra and it had loads of 10/10 reviews as well and just assumed it was either her/other people writing fake positive reviews, or she could pay people/bots for good reviews.

Always be wary of a movie where all the votes are 10 or 1. [Love on a Leash 2011](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2185022/ratings/) is a great example.
