This is the priority list I use, starting from the top and getting more expensive monthly as you go down. Essentially, ignore all special bundles, raw gem, etc. This is excluding WoH, which is also a great pickup, but it depends when you're unlocking commanders.
- Growth fund.
- Gem supply.
- Lucerne scrolls.
- Recharge rewards using holiday events.
with a 20$ budget I would do:
1) Growth fund 1st month if haven't got it.
2) 5$ monthly lucerne + 10$ monthly gems + 5$ material supply
3) if low on gold heads, change the material supply for writers of history, once per month
4) if for some miracle you get a new legendary blueprint in the tavern, buy the 5$ bundle instead of step 3
Note: Always have some extra 10$ just in case things pile up. Also don't summon new legendaries commanders unless you have those extra 5$ to get those 10gh.
i am a low spender, i buy (ranked better to worse):
growth fund (once);
gem supply;
crystal mine;
lucerne scrolls;
writer of history and vanquisher pop-ups;
2-3 crystal pop-ups.
Depending if there's a recharge event, I might also buy a few materials supplies.
Might seem like a lot at first, but i usually spend like 40$ a month or less
buy growth fund if you’re going to spend 15 dollars. That is literally the best first purchase you could make
