That’s fucking hilarious. Really?! I got blamed for a new TPO job leaking when it was trucks next door melting snow off and leaking into the neighbors retail units. Nearly needed the damn FBI to figure that one out.
I don’t know how many times I’ve gotten calls from GC’s about “leaks” to find that either the sparkys, the plumbers or mechanical guys had stuck penetrations through without temping or telling anyone.

We just finished a tpo roof and I got a call back during the next rain saying they had a leak. They said the hvac company had done some work after us, I don’t have a pic anymore but there was a screw driver stabbed into the roof right beside the unit. Well there’s your problem sir.
That couldn't be for the electricians to run their conduit through. Nobody ever thinks that far ahead and they probably got bitched at 3 times earlier in the week for taking somebody else's hole.
Architecture does not care about roofing. PERIOD... I am at a point in my career where I just quote everything for 10k and see how shit settles. Nothing on the plans is remotely similar to how it will end up. Sometimes, I get a windfall, other times I just get a change order for more than the original contract. Ignorance is bliss? Lol
Pro tip: If you are going to wrap your curb in one piece then make your bottom corner piece the same size to match the skirt size. Then you add your detail circle patch.
But the leak is definitely not coming from the conduit punches. Or the wrong pilot holes that you can’t see in the picture. My question is why wouldn’t they just run them all through a pitch pocket?
