And we are back to Mexico for International Sandwich Sunday! More specifciall, we are back to Pueblo for an another sandwich from that city, the Chancla Poblana. It’s doused in sauce similar to the Pambazo but the flavor profile of the filling is different. Savory and spicy, this is going to be one of the great ones. Just sayin’.

I’m trying to see if I can get over the cilantro soap taste. If at some point I can break through it. Apparently it is possible. And we wouldn’t know about this gene in cultures that have liberal use of cilantro because they would’ve gotten over it at a young age. If true 🤞
So, I’ll wait to try this. I am really curious as to what cilantro does taste like.
I have that gene that make cilantro tastes terrible and my family is from Mexico. Couldn’t understand why everyone around me growing up loved cilantro so much. Sandwich looks very tasty

Dang, 9.75 and then 10/10 with cilantro?? Those are some big scores, guess I’ll have to try it haha.

Cilantro tastes like a cross between parsley and lemongrass.
Good luck!
My local Mexican place makes a pambazo and it’s basically this + refried beans and is pressed. It’s amazing.
Pambazos are sooo good!
Man, that looks awesome! Love your videos!
That sounds absolutely delicious. I will definitely be making this at some point.

Still not using the apron.......
A restaurant local to me opened recently with these on the menu and they are fantastic. Immediately thought of this channel when I had it

This sandwich would also be amazing if you put it on some sopes instead of bread, too.
The real devil’s weed
That looks like a 10. Hold the cilantro for me
No history facts 0/10. The intense work put into making something as simple as a sandwich 10/10. so we have an average of 5/10. Do better.
