while in the free camera mode (pressing tab) you can save the camera's position by pressing ctrl and a number between 5-9. Then you can switch between the positions by just clicking the number. To make the movement slower, just keep pressing the number I mean like 555555 66666666 77777 and here is a smooth video!
Kinda wish there was a way to have one-sided windows so that they'd look glassy/reflective from the outside but clear from the inside.
The fact that all the windows are COMPLETELY see-through in this game is kinda immersion-breaking to me.
That said, really cool build!

it is not a mod! You can do it like this: go to the floorings, right above the flooring options, there are four tabs, the last two ones are for ceilings. One is for automatically paint a room's ceiling, the other one is for manual painting

It is set to a spa right now, but I used to have a mod that hire employees to the lot, it was better until it almost started a fire in my computer lol. You can set it to rental maybe and hire some bartenders etc. I'm not really into the living part in Sims except mods so I might not have the best answer what to choose for lot type. Sims 4 is so stupid it doesn't even let you own a second house (like a summer house) let alone a hotel
