Problem is that would make one hell of a strong interior door to support her full weight without budging. Also, where is it attached to her and how does she prevent flipping off balance?
It’s not an interior door, it’s an exterior one. It might look like an interior one but he door stop does not look like it’s letting any light in or shadow thru that’s a solid door stop. Also it’s the only explanation otherwise supporting anyone above the weight of a small child. And balance is the easy part, she moves one foot and one hand at a time and doesn’t go too fast. She’s is careful, has good balance, and practiced her movies 100 times before she posted the final video.

A belt and good core strength
I think it’s just really good editing on two identical sets one where the door is the “floor” and one where the floor is the floor
