adult mature old wrinkled aged ancient ...
depending on the mix and model of course.
Also, I mix SevenOf9 pony with RealismEngine to get some controllable prompt adherence.
Those that spit on Pony don't know wtf they're talking about and are probably the worst abusers of their own fake morals. As the saying goes, protest to alleviate your own guilt, or maybe I just made that up I'm not sure, but here's a really nice one, "Those who clothe themselves in good deeds are well camouflaged", yea! You go Picard!
In addition to ages, try various combinations and weightings of *old, mature* and *wrinkles*
If you're using celebrities, try attaching years or decades to them to get them at a certain age, such as *1960s_raquel_welch* or *1997_britney_spears*
I always concatenate age prompts with an underscore or hyphen too, such as *age_45*
Most models I use (not pony, never those porn models) generate characters of all ages beautifully
I'm a bisexual guy and only like mature men late 40's and 50's and prefer women from their mid 30's and in their 40's. Never had issues generating any of those by just specifying the age and nationality.
With that said I don't think the AI can distinguish between 50 and 55 year old man, or 40 and 45 year old woman, but it's easier to just type 55 than 50. Also if you notice your model making characters looking younger or older you should mess with the number until it gets it right and it will.
I assume Pony has been trained on young people and shitty young men lol so it probably has no data on REAL men and women :) Try using any of the other fantastic realistic models.

I guess, that does make sense. I hate it when I ask for help and get responses unrelated to my question. Still, I wanted to share the joy of how good those models are since Pony isn't a model I am familiar with but I wanted to recommend models I know would deliver the results OP might be looking for very well.
That's not because I'm against making porn with SD, anyone can make what they want.
But even if I do make material for use...as porn I prefer just making softcore stuff, sensual interactions between a more mature couple or just a lady WHO I CAN NOT TELL IS MISHAPEN UNLESS REDDIT SAYS SO :) and that's it.
The porn stuff just isn't my thing is all, people can use them however they want.
