Could be a wager issue, depending how much you deposited initially, you need to wager 1x what you deposited before you try withdrawing. Example: you deposited $1,000, you need to wager a minimum of $1,000 before you even try to withdraw anything.
I've never been lucky enough to withdraw anything past $1k so they might have a withdrawal verification past a certain amount $10k+ but I'm only assuming. If you don't mind me asking, what did you play? Congrats on the huge withdrawal!
you didnt bet enough I believe it's 2% of ur last deposit before withdrawing.. it's a aint money landering law I had it happen to me support just put back in my account. it all happen when I hit a new level and got 3600 but deposit 500 the day before and I didn't bet 2% I believe of the 500.. I withdrew the 3600 and it got frozen but support contacted me . so played for a few mins and then did the withdrawal again
