Remember, he can make Mundane things hurt more than they’re supposed to like you could stub your toe and then lose your leg. He can have him accidentally turned into a bomb by kira, and then exploded since that ignores durability. And More off the top of my head remember wonder of you does not only control lock. It controls people, and their abilities so all of those are factors that he can manipulate in order to kill every single person in that room and none of them have any attacks that will stop him.
Kars or Valentine i think, the only way to kill Kars there is KQ touching and exploding Kars (not sure if its gonna work) or D4C bringing another Kars, destroying it

Kars committed literal genocide, so I'd say he's gonna die.
wtf? There is no “evil scale” in Wonder of U’s Calamities. The attacks are just proportional to how much of a threat/how close someone is to Tooru or the Stand.
It really depends on what point each one of them is in growing their power.
Ultimate Kars could take down most of them easily but normal Kars would struggle a lot.
If Kira Pucci has C Moon or Made in Heaven he’d last a lot longer than just with Whitesnake.
Valentine with Love Train is literally unbeatable since none of them have a horse or know how to use Spin.
Is this peak forms or standard?
Either way I'm not sure any of them can kill Kars except maybe Kira but Kira isn't a really fighter so he's probably going to get taken out by someone like Dio first.

• Diavolo & Kira would walk out of the room since they're not really interested in fighting

The biggest problem in the room is Wonder of U. Nothing here, not even Love Train, is going to stop that thing from killing anybody who steps towards Tooru. Kars is tricky because of his durability, but even then Wonder of U will somehow force a Killer Queen bomb to vaporize him.
So the only people who can win with Tooru present are the ones who won’t approach him. Kira, being Kira, is more likely to spend his time looking for an exit, while others fight. There’s a very real chance these two end up being the last men standing, simply because he’s the only one who isn’t liable to activate Wonder of U instantly. And if Kira sees everybody else improbably die by attacking this one dude, he’s not going to.
Of course, leaving a contact bomb lying in the room and simply waiting for Tooru to blow himself up from not knowing what it is doesn’t count as pursuing.

What sort of calamity could Tooru call that would be able to kill Kars without being destructive enough to accidentally kill Tooru as well?

Calamity alters logic. Rai got his legs annihilated by tripping a bit. Kars would just be obliterated despite being logically indestructible.

Could only (and did) happen in Jorge Joestar. Not something normal ULF Kars should be able to do.
Depends if stands are earthly or not
they are one's spirit, so Kars can't copy it no matter what
But do you think if he did get a stand, it would be a mimic stand to represent his new power, or a more technical stand that may be related to light?
I imagine that he would get basically Gold Experience's life creating ability but on steroid if he ever gets a Stand

I'm pretty sure that if Dio, a normal vampire, can reattach himself to his body, Kars could probably do the same with just small pieces
I think KQ explodes leaving nothing behind, also the D4C thing leaves nothing if im not mistaken, so im not sure

I would say Valentine. He could just pull out a second Kars, which would meet with the original and be destroyed.
