There is not enough infos to help you effectively but you should never have 0 in one of the resources when the day changes, maybe build forts to increase morale

Veteran_Fun

"0" of what? troops?

Anonymous_crusader98

He’s talking about resources ex: you have 5k wood on day 5 but on day 6 you have 0

santya95

Ironic, Russia but no gas

Dark_Kingo

Click on the resources button in the lower part of screen and minimise ur gas consumption, it will increase ur coal and oil consumption but whatever. Don't let any resource to reach 0

Fearless_Birthday_97

This right here. The massive imbalance strongly suggests OP isn't using the resoyrce sliders. 140k coal but 0 gas? Doesn't make any sense.

YamInternal1915

Am I cooked. My morale keeps dropping and I’ve built so many railroads and it stabilizes but drops again

samo43

Build fortresses, if the morale is lower than 25 keep atleast 8 troops in there to prevent loosing them to another. And stop expanding for a few day. Expanding too wuick drops the morale aswell. Focus on defending the lines to your enemies and use your steel to build fortressen for example in fish and Gas provinces. Focus on the double provinces first

samo43

And buy gas asap!! If something drops on 0 while red its deadly!

YellowOysterCult

What can happen?

samo43

Your morale will drop everywhere

YellowOysterCult

Oooo

wanderer1303

Bro just press resources on the bottom and adjust your slides and let gas go up whip you work on getting more of it

philc1999

You have to have 2000 of every resource at day change for morale to increase… it’s that simple… maximise the production of the expensive resources which will be depend on which map type this is. Sell excess in the market and buy cheaper resources. Good luck. This game is more about economics than fighting… get the economics right, ports factories and railways in all the doubles and you will do fine

RealTeaToe

I'm only on my first match as well. But I think what the other user suggested is the way. Make forts to increase morale, and try not to let a resource run to 0. I've been finding that it's very easy to run the stock market for the most part. Just sell things for the 2nd cheapest price on the board, then buy whatever the cheapest one is. Do this for the resources you overproduce. This will help shore up the losses by having some extra cash to overcome the absurd pricings.

Seraphion91

You are probably in a downward spiral and will die. Watch YouTube guides about the game and you will see what your problems are :)

jules083

It's because your gas is 0. Click on resources and move the sliders to try to get gas production in the green. If you can't do that buy gas. If you can't do that sell stuff to buy gas.

Life-Dealer-989

Build fortresses in provinces that are furthest away from your capital as they will lose morale the most out of any. In gas and fish provinces prioritise building factories and railways to improve resource production, and remember to keep at least 8 troops in the provinces that are on 25% morale or lower to prevent losing them. And that’s pretty much it.

7768Tdan

It's been said you need to adjust your resource sliders and build those forts

Safe-Improvement-939

Another thing is you don’t want your resources to be in the red, so if you can’t get it out of the red, then try to decrease it so it can stay up as long as possible
