And, wouldn't you know it...shortly after, after not being in touch for many years...he slid into my inbox to say hello, which has resulted in a whole spectrum of emotions I had never expected to experience again
At first it was...just to apologize for abandoning me while I was going through a hard time. I accepted that and wished him well. But then he kept reaching out, and...ultimately told me he had always loved me and wanted me all these years.
