Sometimes I be on my phone. Sometimes I don’t skip in the second/third match cause I’m collecting myself after a sweaty match. Sometimes I’m just zoned out. I find that I don’t mind if people don’t skip as much and the intros feel shorter than t7 (maybe cause no loading time??)

Finding a match takes some time so, sometimes you do something else between matches and need the intro time to get ready. Sometimes you let the intro play to get focused on the fight. Sometimes you want to show off your customization. It doesn't necessarily have to be "toxic". Intros as part of game design allow the players a couple seconds to get their attention focused on the match that you are about to play. It definitely gets old sometimes, I still have PTSD from that prick Negan but, it's no big deal.

I enjoy watching them. Gives my characters personality and charm, plus they're over with in a matter of seconds. Don't see what's the big deal about not skipping.

I usually let the first one rock, and then skip the intros in rematches.

I do it to load the stage. At least on my rig, you can literally see the floor textures still loading while the character intros are going on.

I actually get more annoyed when I see a cool outfit and they skip right away lol

Sometimes I’m at my phone, but mostly I skip. I don’t skip when I know that my character will have a special interaction with the opponent’s character, also if silly I like to see it (and is disappointing when they skip the special interaction, ahah!). Personally, I don’t mind too much. Intros are cool and just few seconds. You know what would be cool? Skip rage art (local) or giving us some variations.

Drinking a bit of water, putting a drink away, alt tabbing to go on do not disturb on discord since my ass needs to lock in...quite frankly doesn't matter

I think some people might just need a quick breather in between matches at times. I always let my first intro play when fighting against someone new, but other than that I just skip every other one unless it’s the odd occasion where I need to gather myself before the next ass whoppin lol.

I'm just relaxing before the fight. Also the Jack-8 intro where he flies onto the stage is just too damn cool. Makes me feel badass every single time

I found out 2 days ago how to skip them🤣 I was happy because 2 of my intros suck but im not skipping the other ones, I want you to see me pose in my fit

Sometimes I just take the time to run a mental rundown of the matchup before starting.

I skip it, but I noticed that some players might skip the first and let the 2nd and 3rd play through. I take it as a subtle taunt, but seeing other comments I acknowledge there could be multiple reasons. When they do I let mine play through as well. The only intros I gladly watch each time are the Jun-Jin and Jun-Kazuya ones cos there is a story and genuine tension behind these, which I like.

I play paul, so when I get the intro where he breaks down the brick wall, I like to skip it right on impact to blue ball my opponent by not letting my opponent enjoy the satisfaction of seeing it get destroyed 😈

Because *Coração ardente, cabeça fria* is too cool to skip... even if it make me gayer at each match. To compensate I skip the dancing Azucena intro on her second ass turn and the "es l'ora d'entrar" when she raise her knee (of course, almost all customization of mine are wearing skirt). And, of course, in T7 playing Lucky I seldom used skip button at intros amd outros, and even during match I te-hed a lot. But it was priceless to impose the loser the *Guess what? You have been beaten by Rakki Kuroe* outro. Yes. I love to be annoying, and my characters selection is a big hint of my attitude. Deal with it.
