If you swap out the punisher, you could get a tempestus comm squad (100pts). Pack it out with medic and plasma and you have an order to use. If you wanted to you could give them the Drill Commander WL trait that lets you rapid fire at max range. A plasma gun becomes 2 shot at 24" with exploading 6s, its exactly as good as it sounds. Then you can issue an order, maybe take aim on another scion squad within 6" as you cant issue it to yourself. I'll leave the relic choice up to your imagination. Then with any loose change you can drop in a 60pt infantry squad, im not sure born soldiers combos with either shock troops or scions. So id consider making them different regiment doctrines. Im not saying ive got "the final word" on this, but its better to have infantry to cap objectives.

Put meltas on the dorn. They are there to dissuade charges by dreadnoughts. You need more infantry. Swap out a russ for some.
