I run her as part of a proxy Gaunt's ghosts based on her squad in the books.
Nah, you're thinking of Kolea - he gets shot in the head, brain damaged and then gets healed later in the series by an imperial saint.
Bragg and Kolea are both big burly dudes and both have grief with a character call Cuu, who is a complete bastard
Depending on the load out you give her she could be a Sgt for a Cadian shock trooper squad or a Infantry squad if on a 25mm base or if you put her on a 28mm she could lead a command squad or possibly be a castellan
Put her on a 32 mm base and use her as Ursula Creed. She has the same weapons - pistol and sword.
In my mind she is somewhere between a Joan of Arc figure or Saint Sabbat from Gaunts Ghosts. That's why she is so young with so much authority. She ties together all the different regiments in my army.
General of the 101st Cadian mechanised (Leak’s regiment). Back during the 13th black crusade he was stationed in one of the emergency bunkers and had a major fixation with Creed ever since he met him in orbit above Cadia.
Even lost his hand in a duel because someone insulted the honour of Cadia. And has an unhealthy obsession with Creed
She can be fielded as a cadian castellan, command squad officer, or command squad veteran, by default. I’m sure someone could proxy her as something more unique

A Warhammer Community article from 3/8/23 says the following:
"The model has options for a lasgun to join your [Cadian Shock Troops](https://www.games-workshop.com/en-GB/astra-militarum-cadian-shock-troops-2023), or a bolt pistol and a power sword if you’d rather field her as part of a [Cadian Command Squad](https://www.games-workshop.com/astra-militarum-cadian-command-squad-2023). She has two heads, too – including her trademark bandana from the cover of *Cadian Honour."*
She comes with a couple weapons options, so anything that really fits those profiles. I think you could use her from anything from a Sergeant or commissar, and all the way to Creed or Solar. Really depends on how you base her too with some character proxies.
I think what you should also do is look at your current list, and see what would you're lacking role and points wise. If you put her on a smaller base, you can place it on a bigger one if you feel like changing up her role too.
She is one of my Castellans to go with the normal Castellan.

Its the cannon from the HWT. I had to shorten it quite a bit to make it work and its still huge!

i bumped her to a 32mm to run her as ursula creed. i think as a castellan on her official 28mm is the 'recommended' option, though

Platoon Commander, Infantry Squad Sergeant, or Cadian Castellan. All three can have power weapon + bolt pistol.

I usually stick her in a command squad as a veteran. If i ever get myself another command squad kit id probably make her the commander for it.

I gave her an Autogun and run as a Sargent.
