It would be if only it could be attached to ogryn or bullgryn squads. Atm it can only be attached to our battle line infantry + kasrkin and scions I run 3 of them with my 3 25 man Death Korp blobs

It says they can be attached to infantry and bullgryn have infantry as a key word. Or am I missing something?

I’m pretty sure they list the specific units now they don’t use keywords - you might be getting confused that they can join infantry squads as in the unit called infantry squad, not any infantry unit.
