Ok y’all remember at the beginning, they said the titles would tell a story.
1. Startouched
2. Love, War, and Mushrooms
3. The Frozen Ship
4. The Starscraper
5. Moonless Night
6. Moment of Truth
7. The Red Wedding
8. We All Fall Down
I’m going with Held Together By Love. Because I want it to be that, and I think it kind of bookends the titles with “Startouched” at the front end. And it goes very nicely after We All Fall Down (….but are held together by love).
I want to say Stardust, but that might be too similar to the first episode, Startouched? Unless that was intentional? Maybe Love and Stardust? But we already have Love, War, and Mushrooms. Ugh, I don’t know.
Is anyone else thinking they look huge compared to the landscape, I mean just the way it zoomed out they would have been much smaller if they were regular sized
I thought that this was a child aaravos
But I'm I the only one thinking that this has something to do with laurial's death (the immortal startouch elf) if so I can tell that this season will make aaravos more sympathetic
My theory is that the secret scene is this: Aaravos either faked those tears, or, if they were real, in a fit of rage he summoned and plunged the Nova Blade through Laurelion, killing her, thus "the death of the immortal." Maybe Laurelion unwittingly contributed to his getting kicked outta the sky/losing some of his powers, or maybe just reminds him of the other ST elves and what he's lost? Either way, if this IS the case (90% sure it has to do with that poem), Aaravos IS lost... lost his galaxy marbles, that is.
I'm gonna go for Ripples. We see them multiple times throughout the video (Aaravos' tears, the Startouch elf's footsteps) and they really represent how the impacts of characters' actions in the show affect others, and how all of the characters' feelings are overlapping.
Ripples or even Ripple Effect would be a great title, agreed! Especially considering many of the themes in Aaravos's short stories on the official TDP website...
No idea, maybe the title is something related to what The Merciful One said

I was just watching Reel James video on YouTube and he said “The Merciful One” for the episode title. As in the elf from the Sea of the Castout statue (who looks a lot like the elf from the clip). Anyone agree with this?
This clip is from episode 1, seems like a leap to assume their name is the title of episode 9. I can think of ways it would be possible (we see glimpses of them, like this, through the season and then learn more about them or actually meet them in 9, etc), and it’s as likely as every other theory we’ve all had, but I’m not feeling it, personally.
Yeah, I saw that, but it feels possible. Either way, this is the clue. Maybe we see her again in the last episode? I would recommend watching the video for more context.
Honestly, if it's as childish as the last two I just CBA. I love the first 3 seasons and how dark they got but the last 2 feel overly drawn out slapstick.
Genuinely thought this was gonna be 60 seconds of Aaravos sobbing
For those wondering, this is >!the first scene of season 6 episode 1!<

Makes sense that they would want it to be similar
Yeah, that’s kinda what I was thinking.
I’ll concur with this, Stardust does make sense. And sometimes the obvious answer is the right one, looking at The Red Wedding as an example.
Yeah, that’s a good point. I just hate being wrong :).
And is the scene that’s been leaked and people been talking about (very unsecretly) for months. Nice it’s public now I guess? 😶🌫️

I mean he does sound like a crying giant.

Hmm… maybe that is Laurelion. If this scene is a flashback, that is. The ”Death of the Immortal Poem” says he/she died/was killed by the Nova Blade.
From what I'm aware it is a glashback

Aaravos's crying feels more like a meme than an actual scene.

Oh that’s a good point. I like this one. But we’ve been getting some really obvious answers lately too…

What's the puzzle here?

Maybe it’s Aaravos
The clip is the puzzle. I’ve been trying to think of things to do with tears, but all I’ve come up with is Tears of Diamonds.
Tears of Stardust, maybe?
It is the video

Man that startouch woman is pretty 1
Do you think he's crying over Viren's death???
I think I'm going to bow out after this season.
so you want to watch the whole thing except the finale? why even bother lol
Sometimes sunk cost fallacy can even fail. I just find myself losing interest.

Well, there's only one more season after this one, so...
