"Grandmother" is just how they refer to Queen Aditi, but she's actually *many more* generations than that from Khessa/Janai/Karim.
You shouldn't read that cesspool of misunderstanding and headcanons portraid as canon where a fans comment on a reddit post is cited as a source. I think 300 years referred to the time of her disappearance. That's about when Aaravos's conspiracy was revealed, but also when Katolis and the Pentarchy were established. I don't remember Aditi's age being mentioned specifically. But based on the fact that only 4 generations have passed in that time, it's probably safe to assume they live at least 300 years.
That Karim is the only one without facial markings?
Canonically, they’re paint—“like henna”—so Karim lacking them wouldn’t be a genetic variation, but a personal choice.

I believe Queen Aditi was said to be around 300 years old. Aarqvos says to Khessa that she was just like her grandmother, in which ways I’m not sure.
