I’m honestly so glad I mostly enjoy “smaller” bands like the front bottoms. Today I waited 10,000 people in queue for Sabrina carpenter tickets cheapest being still over $100 and then $40 service fee but by the time I got to check out they sold out and I couldn’t get them. At least with TFB I can spend that same amount for a ticket, drinks AND merch. Imagine only following mainstream pop and all shows being a minimum $400 for a somewhat pleasant experience. Still f’d regardless though
Bought 3 Twenty One Pilots tickets for almost $500 because of $90 fee ($30 per ticket) and insurance for the tickets for $15 each cause $360 is a lot to loose incase something happens. 🥲
My fees were literally 1/4th the price of the actual tickets. Wtf?!
I spent, like, $90-ish on 2 tickets for TFB last year. ;-;
Bruh I remember the first time i saw the front bottoms and it was 10 bucks a person and i got like 3 shirts and post for 50 bucks. Now its like 35 dollar show, 15 dollar service fee, 30-40 dollar t shirts, and 30 dollar posters.
As someone who purchased tix to see Sabrina this morning, I legit only spent $7 more for two tickets to see her than I did to see TFB. I was able to get two tickets in the 200s for her $75 each which after fees was only slightly more expensive than two tix to Champagne Jam 🫠
Back when I worked for Stubhub doing inbound sales around 2013, Five Seconds of Summer sold out on primary sites due to bot buyers for ticket resale agencies. We had pissed off girls calling in all night complaining to us, a listing site, complaining that we bought all the tickets and jacked up the prices. It was insane.
I wish there was a way to block third party sales! I was signed up for the Sabrina carpenter fan club so I hope it was sold out due to excited fans but who knows.
I hate ticketmaster. I hate live nation. [Good fucking riddence](https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/justice-department-sues-live-nation-ticketmaster-monopolizing-markets-across-live-concert)
totally agree! bought my tickets quickly, saw something about “all in pricing” as i was looking for seats, was suddenly slapped with $65 worth of fees!!!!!
Did you know that live nation and Ticketmaster merged in 2009?
AND the two largest majority shareholders are vanguard and blackrock?
Every single aspect of society is fucked.
I’m happy my tickets were from sound rink. Less than an $8 service fee.

Where do you live? Pretty much all northeast coast/New England shows start over $100 for an artist that big
I live in CT, seeing her in Brooklyn!

Wait can we buy already? What is the presale code??

Thx bb
See if the venue is hiring, get scheduled the night of the show, disappear into the pit, then quit
$24 fee for literally fucking what? I feel bad for you lot in the states, they need to deal with this is some way cause it’s so disgusting
It's ridiculous. I wish more venues did no fee tickets at the box office.
Why are the fees almost as much as a single ticket?

They’re 50 each for the Orlando show 🫠
