I'm 5'11", 240 and I'm very pleased with my results (p*u*s*s*y i n p r o f i l e) lol. I'm hoping I can lose weight and my fupa will decrease a little, but I don't imagine it'll change the actual results

Since there's more fat in the area it naturally means your labia majora will be thicker, so with BMI 39 myself, even though im only 3 weeks post op I am quite happy with the results visually though there's still a lot of healing to go through.

im 6ft tall, and weighed 127kg/280lbs at time of surgery. Ive had no postsurgical complications, my healing is going great so far (all 1 week of it lol) and i had no issues. I was also treated at GRS Montreal. Pics and recovery diary in my profile! Best of luck to you đź’–

I've been avidly reading your updates!!! I had thought you had a similar build to me so I've been really excited to read them!

Haha, im glad theyve been so helpful! It was definitely a long process of losing weight before surgery, i lost roughly 15kg in the 2 years leading up to it, and generally increased my fitness a LOT which has made a big difference. in the 2 months before surgery i specifically focused a lot of energy on hip flexor/rotator exercises and stretches, as well as getting as much cardio in as possible (1hour walks 5 times a week). I think this has made a big difference, especially with how much walking is going to be crucial to recovery. Please feel free to DM me in the time leading up to your surgery if you have any questions!

I've lost 100 pounds in the past two years to get under 35 BMI so I wouldn't have to deal with the sleep apnea testing!! I usually (when I'm not feeling too lazy which has been a lot recently, run like 20 kilometers a week). Hip flexor/rotator exercises are probably a good idea, I'm pretty stiff. I should look into some yoga to do for the next couple of months! I'll definitely keep that in mind!! I'm on August 21st, it seems so far but so soon at the same time!

I didn't go with GRS MONTREAL but I choose to go with Dr Littleton, only had my surgery a month ago. I haven't posted my results yet but I'm 6'2 (I was 130 in January and lost 10kg prior to surgery, in early May I was 120kg going into the surgery and post surgery I'm now I'm about 110kg) and feel I've gotten good results.

I'm 6'3 and a bit heavier than you. My surgery with Dr. Brassard was yesterday, and this morning, he informed me that there were no complications during the procedure. I haven't seen my results yet. Dressings are supposed to come off on Sunday. I had a little bit of difficulty with the initial standing and walking post-op today, but I was ultimately able to get in all the laps that I was supposed to during the day.

What’s your bmi? Mine is 40 so I just got in. Absolutely hate my aesthetic results. He didn’t even try…

You’ll be fine. Just keep losing weight. The less pressure you have down there, the better.
