I had to use it while on vacation because TSA rules restrict the size of liquids on an airplane, so I had to bring small packets of McKesson lube. It made dilation super painful and lubricates a lot less than other lubes.

I wonder why it's not like that to me at all? I tried a couple of courses after my surgery, hated FAV lubrication, and it is too watery it's too runny. That's why I love the gel.

Ive almost exclusively used GCLs Almost Naked since swapping from Surgilube.
I went to a trans-affirming sex shop and a very helpful clerk educated me all about it.
