I write in my journal- simple, blue pen (I've tried to focus on my handwriting but it kind of takes time๐Ÿฅถ) diary dates and in colour and artistic titles. Earlier I used to write daily - when I was a teen- because then everything in my day felt imp enough to jot down - now I make it a point to write once a week (4-5 pages) I maintain a digital diary for on the go entries. **It has helped me in a way- that I've read myself grow into this non judgemental empathetic, thinks ten times before lashing out human.** It has helped me appreciate myself, my heart - to the point - i kind of think I'm the best human ever ๐Ÿ™Š๐Ÿ˜ **Since 2 years I've made it a point to write something bad - eg angry at family/friends or myself in pencil-**. Because I don't want to carry it with me throughout my life This change because when I was a teenager I used to slightly dislike one of my friends- and touchwood she is my bestest friend/soul sister right now- with a friendship of 15 years- and I feel really sad of those entries - I wish I could tear those pages off- but some of them still remain due to imp info behind those pages. Now since 6 months I write **points for 'me' when I'm done with post grad**. - behind/on the last pages of my diary- some learnings with respect to how to behave with kids, future relationships. **I hide my journal**- my parents respect my privacy but I still put it somewhere no one can find- because well I don't want to take any chances - they are my raw thoughts- can be good to very bad (not vulgar just rude) I love reading my school time diary- life was so simple then, schooltime crushes - glances from far, teachers appreciation, monthly trophies and certificates - adult life is much less validated and appreciated ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ I love my written diaries, but kind of prefer digital - A. I can voice type it, insert pictures and B. I can search words and read something particular easily

Thank you for the answer. Writing in pencil for the not-so-great stuff is something I never thought of. I was instead writing those on a cheap notebook separate from the main one. But I might just adopt your idea, it's a better way to do things! > Now since 6 months I write **points for 'me' when I'm done with post grad**. - behind/on the last pages of my diary- some learnings with respect to how to behave with kids, future relationships. This one is so sweet!

I keep it digital and strictly unstructured to encourage actually writing more and not get bogged down by the structure. I write it in the form of emails to myself every night and logout after I am done. It has helped me to stay sane with my overthinking

Emails to myself sounds so cool ๐Ÿ˜

I successfully completed 1.5 BuJo. Then a lot of my things depended on digital resources like urls and pdf. It was so hard to go hybrid and now I have an iPad so I should try digital bujo and see

I use bullet journaling as a creative outlet and to keep good memories. Itโ€™s a good stress buster and, helps me relax. The only problem is finding time for it
