It's hard finding a day that it doesn't rain.
Exactly this, I use my smoker in the greenhouse over the winter and it is safe under the gazebo for our fabulous summer 😂
I feel like it's been raining for about 6 months solid. Today is lovely here though. I'm doing rotisserie pork shoulder.

I went for a combo of: Salt Pepper Onion powder Garlic powder Paprika Cayenne Cumin Brown sugar
