It's not technically an undertale OST, it came from Earthbound I miss you, but people think of it as Chara's theme and basically just say it's undertale. But it's a cool theme.

Amalgam, save the world, home. I pick them because in my opinion they are a great mix of songs that kinda encapsulate the main vibes you can find playing the game. Amalgam representing the feeling of a general fight and the panicy mystery of fighting a new enemy and don't know the bullet patterns as well as the general quirkiness of undertale, save the world for those triumphant vibes, and home for those nice cozy in between kinda things where you are just walking around or visiting shops or talking with a cool npc.
