There are tiles like this all over the game. In fact, there's one exactly like that one in the room below. I think there's also a tile in the room below the piano room that is slightly purple until you encounter Shyren, but that could be my memory playing tricks on me.

I was playing in the dark with my brightness all the way up

Compare the color of the tiles to [the water tiles in the previous room (trash dump)](https://oyster.ignimgs.com/mediawiki/apis.ign.com/undertale/e/e7/Waterfall15.JPG). You can’t walk over it and the edge is shaded. It’s a pond of water.
