I'm a longtime Yotes fan. Bear is a fantastic coach and fights for his team. He has no ego and seems to have the utmost respect of the players. General Manager Bill Armstrong is a wizard, as you can see with his trades. He's genuine and down to earth. I was stoked to find out these two were sticking with the team!
To piggy back on this AZ fan (same here) GMBA we call it the "master class" when he's whealing & dealing. He has helped build up previous Stanley Cup winners in the past. Our scouting department is top notch, and a lot of great looking prospects in the pipeline a few seasons away.
Trust the process Utah fans. GMBA knows what he's doing. You build competitors through the draft, and stocking the prospect cupboard. Don't overpay on vets who are looking for a bag... smart signings, and let the kids come up through the pipeline.
Tourigny also coached the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies in the QJMHL (the same league as the Mooseheads) before joining the Avalanche in 2013. I can assure you he's still highly respected in that community. You've got a really good coach that brings a hard-working culture everywhere he goes.
Yeah kinda weird they listed his trophy for coach of the year in the Q, but didn't list the team he was coaching at the time. He was with Rouyn for over 10 years!
He's had a long and very successful career! I started listing his coaching experience with his first NHL job since I figured that was more easily recognizable to newer hockey fans. but he did an awesome job with Rouyn!

We’re really lucky to have both of them. I’m excited for the future of the team
Armstrong is a boss. You’re going to love him.
