Nope across all EU and Americas legs I've been on.
I've generally only seen Live TV on US based carriers when flying domestic over there on United/Delta. One reason given is satellite coverage and the fun time regarding media licensing ownership.
I certainly enjoy watching sports or even news on loop when killing time on the US legs.

Just flown Sydney to Doha and back in the last month. Was no live TV in economy (A380).

No live TV when I flew in May. Maybe you can use inflight wifi + Optus Sport?
