Go to options in game , graphics, then on the right side there should be a on off switch for HDR, turn it of and it will tell you to restart to have it in effect.
I got 260 hours in, super fun. Mapping keys is a pain, and long range precision is tough but I think I’m having a decent experience, I’m excited to when I have my life right to get a mouse and keyboard to play on a big screen with the deck docked or on a PC
I play on mac and it runs really well for me now that i fixed my initial issue. Sure it single handedly lights my bed sheets on fire but it runs it really well. Im hoping to get my deck soon now that i have the money
Get the oLED one , and do research and see if you think you can just do a ssd swap and save money. And yes I finished rdr2 , cyberpunk, and several hundred hours in no mans sky before I learned to dupe and ruined the game for myself
I’d wait then bro, it’s just generally better , you could get a lcd and be happy but you’ll want more and be mad you didn’t save up …. Unless you’re going to be docked a lot then get the lcd

Its a shame most games either don't support, or badly implement HDR because it can really make games look amazing. I thought it was a gimmick in the beginning until i got a screen that could actually use it properly.
I have experienced extreme spaghettifying of all T-44 models on the day of the update. Glad that was hotfixed almost instantly, but the game was literally unplayable when it occured.

Under graphics, after you hit the HDR toggle, did you restart the game? It needs a restart to take effect

Try checking hdr in Windows settings. If it's turned off in my settings, I can't toggle it on or off in game.

It's not just your HDR, make sure your "High Contrast" settings didn't get messed with, the snail is notorious for changing settings randomly.
