Get Flanders, Zorko and Sanders into your forward line to make it look safe. My suggestion is your forward 6 be: Zorko, Flanders, Caldwell, Sanders + 2 rookies. Reid would ordinarily fill a spot there. I’d be making moves in the midfield as there’s genuine value coming through with loads of the big players starting to bottom out (maybe with a week or two to go before they truly bottom out) - for example Serong, Bont (who you have), Petracca, Gulden, Laird, Miller
Powell still has the role and is scoring well enough in the forward line.
Holmes is a POD, and I think can still break out this season which could be a differentiator
What was your logic on him doing okay? He would have needed to average 90 to be a good starting selection and he had only averaged over 72 3 in 8 seasons and 78 being top average for a season (all the way back in 2017 with a better score friendly role)
I was honestly hoping for 70ish from him and he was under 600k. I didn't have all the info on the decent rookies early so I missed out on a few that would have been better value.
When I start my build I usually have a couple of spots for mid priced players. Xerri has been great as my second ruck so it's not always a miss. 😁
He filled the roll I wanted but now there is no upside.

Cant afford some of those premiums. How about Mcrae to the mid for now? So out is Papley and Williams and in is Caldwell and Mcrae

I have Yeo in my back line. I felt I missed the bus on Powell early. Holmes might be a pick.
