I experience meltdowns very differently, but every autistic person is different and your version sounds just as real of a meltdown. I personally become extremely non-verbal and regress to trying to be as physically small as possible and hide away and start crying, but if it gets bad enough I’ll start hitting myself and physically lashing out, and at the very worst I’ll start yelling yells of fear. I also feel very third person, like as if I’m not actually my body, my mind will be thinking lucidly while my outside body physically shuts down
