I thought my beard wasn’t as thick as I would have liked, but I did the yeard thing. No trimming at all. This is about 8 months in. https://preview.redd.it/cl2emsup8z7d1.jpeg?width=326&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d90d6b72d78be54a8f4fa08947317aa155d01ae9

I think many men are very self conscious of their beard not looking good enough. But when you let it grow for several months, oftentimes it fills in and starts to look better. So patience is often the key.

Man! Good to see. That’s the kind of beard I’m aspiring towards.

I wouldnt. People with great dense beards always say “hey there was a few patches in mine, give it time”. Its not this. You will have a gigantic neck beard with a dope stache. Id rock the stache and clean shaven cheeks and neck and idk something on chin maybe but not sure the style. You have a good look. A yeard will just make you a big pube face.

I appreciate the honest feedback man. I’ve pretty much stuck to chin and stache in the past.

Go for it

Yeah bro do it!

You wont ever know if you dont give it a go. What's the worst that can happen... hair grows on your face... if your not happy you can always change it. You suit the look your rocking if that helps, growing it out just means you can Hone the look you have now if you dont like the progress in a couple of months.

Goatee.

DaRealScoobyDoo

Id say grow the thick goatee portion. Tidy the sides and let it grow.

Strange_Athlete_2628

it’s worth it as during the yeard the cheek hair should thicken out
