Ok, this is adorable, but an additional question:
How on earth is your grass alive? We've been looking at redoing our small-ish backyard and have two pups. We were kind expecting they'd murder it so we've been casting about for alternatives; but given the picturesque scene here I'm wondering if maybe I've been overthinking it.
Is there anything special you do/have done to keep your yard like that with the big ones playing about in it?
How old are your pups? Our babies are around two and not really big diggers. Also not in other places, like parks or the beach. They just tend to leave the grass alone for the most part. Maybe we're just lucky.
Oh the pups are both around three. Neither of them dig really so that's not a concern, it's more them killing the grass when relieving themselves that I'm worried about.

Ah yeah that's correct, it will ruin the grass! Our girls are trained to not go in the yard, only outside!
