Fast travel without going back to the hub. Although meh I could take it or leave it.

Trick_Study7766

We could use health/bullet replenishment without the hub, at least

JoJoD_1996

What kind of idiot with hemophobia would play a video game with “Blood” in the title?

Whobghilee

I’m not sure what type of game Borne would be

Competitive_Owl5357

Airborne

sadokffj37

I'm all for accessibility, but sometimes you just have to have common sense. Not everything can be for everyone without everything becoming entirely watered down.

Kraytory

The one thing that would actually make some sense is a arachnophobia option. But honestly i wouldn't even include something like that in a game like this.

sadokffj37

Yeah, I mean it's not called Spiderborne, so fair game. Still not sure how feasible it would be. It's not like bleeping out a swear word, you have to replace them with something without breaking game balance. I think when you have a phobia (I'm severely claustrophobic), you just have to do your research and make your own choices.

Kraytory

That's kinda the thing. You can always replace such enemies in games like Elder Scrolls or Northgard. But how do you replace a spider boss in an action rpg for example? Not really doable without breaking the feeling of the game universe. A somewhat okay variant would be what they did with Kankra in Shadow of War.

Myokymia

didnt you listen to master willem? fear the (old) blood

Doris_Dog

Respec option. The ability to travel to any lamp from any other lamp and not have to go back to the Hunter's Dream every time. 60FPS and current gen graphics upgrade. I always thought it would be nice to have a little more customization too, such as different coloured dyes for outfits, interchangeable weapons (guns with different receiver/ barrel combinations etc). But all still in keeping with the tone of the game, no silly stuff. That's about it really

InactiveRelish

I don't think we'll ever really get dyes or weapon customization to that extend to be honest. Doesn't seem like something they'd add to any souls/bloodborne/elden ring game

Sweaty-Salamander381

ER's co-op/invasion "search near and far" feature. traveling from lamp to lamp maybe. that's about it.

assassin10

- Automatically pull consumables out of storage, like how DS3 does it. - More storage space in general. I'm constantly discarding pebbles because of how easy it is to reach their cap of 20+99. - Better gem inventory management, like being able to favorite specific gems and filter the list by effects.

J-Dawgzz

All I genuinely care about is 60fps and the respec option

xantcatchme

I hate to sound like a casual but I liked how sprinting only consumed stamina when enemies were nearby in ER

Freedumbdclxvi

Travel from lamp to lamp without needing to go back to the dream is the main QOL I would ask for.

RadonIverian

Aside feom what others have mentioned, maybe some cut bosses as well from chalise dungeons. ( like dragon/horse looking electro beast)

larikang

Auto refill vials and bullets on rest. Farming them adds nothing of value to the game.

Blundertail

Warping between lanterns, automatically pulling stuff besides vials and bullets from storage on death Also higher drop rates for bullets and vials

El_t1to

Faster matching in coop. Special dungeons to run with 5 players. Be able to reset a dungeon/area without recreating, even from the inside. Reset all bosses and loot. A system to improve your gems. Instead of farming a new one, be able to merge, or pay to get 1% more, or a different curse.... To a point, of course. Replenish your inventory from your storage after a death. All of it, as an option. Battle bosses only mode. List of bosses defeated in current cycle/character. Yeah, less gore option, for less chances of divorce from my wife. Save game, load game, with different slots for each character. Mini game mode to get insight when you got to zero. Or materials. For people who spend all and feel suck. ....

birdlad69

Redo chalice dungeon generation. Scramble all the glyphs so people need to find stuff again, kill the existing save-edited dungeons, and let the root chalices generate with the tier 3 guidance rune, as well as dlc weapon variants to access those weapons early once the glyphs are discovered. Keep the rare things out there though, I know the labyrinth moles were supposedly meant to be scrapped, but it'd be cool if they still had their super rare chance of existing Also, give brainsuckers a chance to drop madman's knowledge, as a way to farm insight if you wanna brave the upper cathedral ward & a refund for all the times they've stolen from players in the past Don't know if it counts as quality life, but boss-specific chalices would be nice. Hide a glyph somewhere near a boss fight, then when you beat the boss you're able to enter the glyph & fight them as many times as you want at depth 5 chalice difficulty. Maybe there's a hard mode that lets you earn a useless trinket similar to the Yharnam Stone, like if you beat the fight without dropping below full hp. Just something I've gotta propose whenever the opportunity arises Fast travel, 60fps, and resetting areas without going to the dream/using a hunter's mark would be lovely too

assassin10

> Maybe there's a hard mode that lets you earn a useless trinket similar to the Yharnam Stone, like if you beat the fight without dropping below full hp. I've been toying with the idea of using player skill as a way to reduce the randomness in dungeon loot, to reduce how grindy some of the top-tier gems are. If the gems an enemy can drop have a range of rating values then performing well would increase the chance of hitting the max of that range. If the gems can drop off-shape then performing well would increase the chance of a universal Droplet gem.

Captain_Wilbo

I'd love the obvious, 60fps, respec. I like the limited fast travel as well. I'd love to see a revamp of the chalice dungeons though. The ability to custom make dungeons (think DOOM '16's level maker), as well as removing all the glitched and cheat dungeons. All of that is on top of a redesign for the progression, but I'd leave that in someone else's capable hands lol. Tldr, custom chalice dungeon maker/community sharing features

sadokffj37

Honestly, I don't think the game really needs a full remaster. A PS5 update with 60fps and some under the hood technical improvements to help frame pacing and load times would be more than enough. That said, if they are doing a full remaster: * Uncapped FPS (By the time PS5 pro or PS6 comes around, you could support 120, why not?). * Improved frame pacing. Hopefully that would just be taken care of with the FPS uncap, but Bloodborne's real frame rate issue is that it is a very uneven 30fps. * Full 4k support, including the internal rendering engine. I always got the sense the BB was doing some kind of dynamic resolution scaling, or just reducing the internal rendering resolution to support all the on-screen detail. * Maybe some improved lighting or even some spot raytracing. This might be risky since it is hard to maintain a "vanilla" feel when you change lighting. See - DSR and Bluepoint's DeS: both are great but they feel a bit different from the originals. * Respec your stats once per NG. I am not a fan of infinite respecs, but I think once per NG is a good balance. Another option would be to make them a rare boss reward for the dank depths of cursed chalice dungeons, but that would piss some people off. * Control scheme re-mapping. Gotta have it in 2024. * Lantern-to-lantern fast travel, at least for the main game/DLC if not the chalice dungeons. It's weird that they went backwards on this from DS2, especially given the slow load times. * Speaking of which... faster load times. I feel like the game's I/O code is not optimized for SSD access patterns. Load times on PS5 are too slow. * Maybe restore a few bits of cut content. This probably fits in the bucket of "be careful what you wish for" * PC/Steam port (dream big!) I am 99% sure there will be a BB remaster for PS5 Pro or PS6. It just makes too much sense. As someone who is about 75-80% of the way to having a max level character with no glitching, I look forward to this with a mix of anticipation and dread.

assassin10

> Respec your stats once per NG. I am not a fan of infinite respecs, but I think once per NG is a good balance. Another option would be to make them a rare boss reward for the dank depths of cursed chalice dungeons, but that would piss some people off. Maybe it could be set up similar to the Blood Rocks. One free respec item found in the base game, one in the DLC, three in the Chalice Dungeons, and more can be bought with Insight.

yimc808

Respec, ability to heal/restock/travel from any lantern without going back to the Dream, equipment/rune loadouts, option to disable motion gestures

assassin10

> option to disable motion gestures Yes please!

Maleficent-Crew646

I would like a boss replay option in the main menu with a high difficulty option that will make the bosses more aggressive this will be cool to see

HatefulMiscreant

Option to remove gyro-controlled emotes

MeLoco1980

only one i can think of is if micolash was to break his ankle

Fylak

Arachnophobia mode night be good. The game is called Bloodborne, a bloodless mode seems sacrilegious, but it's not called Spiderborne.

wintendo064

rom hurt you that badly huh

Fylak

Nah. Those fucking giant spiders in mergos loft were unpleasant, but I'm not even an arachnophobe really. But I know people who won't play the game because of the spidery bits.

GamerOverkill03

Respec, better graphics and frame rates, being able to see how many echoes you need to level up from the menu, and maybe a Stake of Marika-esque system for particularly annoying walkbacks *cough* Logarius *cough*.

Cloperella

Completely overhaul the way fights with NPC Hunters work. So that it works more similar to fights and dark souls, where they can digest as easily as you in a few hits, but if they can manage to get away from you they can heal themselves and keep the fight going. I don't like how most of them are tanks with super high defense but they can't heal more than once. Also don't make the visceral attack tied to skill. Make it tied to the players BL level overall. That way it doesn't make skill the objectively best class in the game.

ASAPSAIF

Not a qol feature but for the grabs to actually grab me. When i fought laurence he grabbed me 2 times and my body was like a foot away from his fist 😭

Large_Act_1898

Should have leveled ADP But yes pretty annoying

greyvangelist

Respec and more feasible options for farming or buying blood chunks/rocks are my big ones. There’s a few builds I just haven’t tried yet bc I don’t feel like starting a whole new character or NG+++++ run just to do it.

IntenseBones

Honestly, the only changes I wanna see are many more weapons and armor.

kirusdagon

Respec and sitting at lanterns. Thats all it needs for a perfect game

Fickle-Advice3726

Farming for blood vials and bullets is my only real issue with this game. For this hypothetical discussion my quality of life would go up if we had just regular health flasks and idk what to do about bullets. A mana system would totally change the game and I don't want that

Fickle-Economist4724

On top of the obvious 60fps, no grinding for vials, travel to any lamp FROM any lamp and updated textures the one thing I want is just for them to bring the bosses (and if we’re really going for it, every enemy/npc) into the nextgen No major redesigns, no change to gameplay behaviour, just more detailed models Imagine the cleric beast with dense detailed fur Shadows of yharnam and wet nurse with full cloth simulation One reborn with a more refined mesh, severable parts and visible variety in the varies pieces of flesh it comprises of Even small things like the witches of hemwick leaving sticky gross footprints for a second or two behind them wouldn’t change their impact on gameplay, but would make them so much more interesting visually Rom with ray tracing on the moonside lake, things like that

Raaadley

The Cathedral Ward door be opened after defeating Cleric Beast

jedilips

maybe blasphemous, but I wouldn't mind an in-game map of some sorts.

GamerOverkill03

Nah, running around in circles like a headless chicken is part of the Yharnam experience.

assassin10

A stylized map like [Sekiro's antique map](https://i.imgur.com/JWxvDTO.png) could be pretty great.

assassin10

I'd like if they changed the Chalice Dungeon progression so that easier dungeons became optional before they became trivial.

PunchWilcox

Imagine it: more advanced AI and no HUD

Krongfah

Resting at lamp instead of needing to return to the dream every time.

Competitive_Owl5357

Just let me play it on PC I’m begging you please.

chloeloft

just a remaster with 60fps or uncapped higher is all i think is needed. nothing more, nothing less. port to all platforms please, i beg.

Lost_in_reverb23

"Fear of blood" and they will play a game that has blood like almost the main factor of the story/gameplay? Ok, go and play journey, I see that you want a common and ordinary video game, no thanks, the game is perfect as it is, if you want a game that takes your hand gently BB is not for you

YarnPixel08

who pissed in your cereal bro

Awesauce1

A PAUSE MENU

SayonaraSpoon

I would like from not to waste time on it. Please make a new game instead.
