Open command prompt (as administrator) in the windows menu.
Type:
sfc /scannow
Let it run.
Then
dism /online /cleanup-image /Scanhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /Restorehealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
chkdsk /r /f c:
Do all these one by one, and they should help to identify any issues you may have with your operating system.
