1 - I've been playing and raiding since 2006 (off and on of course) and have never, not once, have had world buffs cause guild issues.
2 - Why so bothered by a daily quest? It's literally just another quest. Pretend the blue ! is yellow, and do the quest. Easy.
3 - How do you know this? Have you been playing a lot of 2 reset per week MC lately? Also, you don't have to raid twice a week.
4 - If you don't want to do MCH3 then don't. You'll still get the same gear. If you want that gear faster, then do MCH2 or MCH3. Easy.

1,2,3 are good IMO, main reason im not playing phase 4 is the 2 lockouts a week and world buff meta but the difficulty scaling is cool IMO
