I'm not sure how I'd classify it, psychological thriller maybe. The main source of dread is seeing how utterly fucked the main two characters are in the head and watching their screwed up relationship unfold, like witnessing a car crash in slow motion.
On steam it's tagged as psychological, dark comedy which describes it perfectly. The only horror elements are the demons and the actual cannibalism in my opinion.
